- Choose between Whey, pea, hemp, or Greek yogurt proteins.
- Organic almond butter
- Unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- Cacao nibs
- Sea salt
- Fiber supplement
Watercress Smoothie Recipe – Remedy for Sluggish Thyroid
Watercress is a wonderful source of iodine, which your thyroid needs to be healthy. Many people with thyroid problems are iodine deficient. Natasha Turner loves this watercress breakfast smoothie to drink each morning that is full of ingredients that support healthy thyroid function.
- 1 small bunch of watercress
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (or more, to desired taste)
- 2 teaspoons ground chia seeds
1. Blend all ingredients shown above until smooth.
2. Add water in slowly until desired consistency is reached.
