Avocado Deviled Eggs Shrink Your Stomach Challenge Recipe – It doesn’t get much simpler than this!  It only takes a few ingredients and a whole batch can be made relatively quickly to last for several days.

28 Day Shrink Your Stomach Spinach Tacos – Don’t worry, there are more ingredients than just spinach in the spinach tacos recipe.  There is also salsa, avocados, eggs, and spices.  Easy to make and a tasty treat.  Makes 2 servings and is only 330 calories!

28 Day Lentil Quinoa Dinner Recipe – This is a full dinner recipe that you can have while on the 28 Day Shrink Your Stomach challenge.  This was submitted by a blogger that was chosen to be included in the recommended recipes on Dr. Oz’s official website.

28 Day Shrink Your Stomach Challenge Taco Chicken Wraps – This recipe is shockingly low in calories for what you get.  Instead of using tortilla shells you use Napa Cabbage leaves.  There are lots of spices to really give the meal a lot of flavor.  The filling ingredients include chicken breasts (cubed), quinoa, zucchini and a few other mouth watering additions.

28 Day Soba Noodles and Chicken Breast Recipe – While on the Shrink Your Stomach Challenge you may get a craving for some Asian cuisine.  This recipe is low in calories and contains vegetables, noodles, low sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar and more.

28 Day Avocado, Banana, and Chocolate Smoothie Recipe – Who doesn’t like chocolate?  This recipe uses cocao powder to give the smoothie the chocolate taste but is much healthier (much less calories) than using soft milk chocolate.
