March 20, 2014 – Dr. Oz Talks About All The Foods You Can On On The 2 Week Rapid Weight Loss Diet

If you saw today’s (3-20-2014) Dr. Oz show, you saw an audience of women who ALL participated in Dr. Oz’s two week weight loss plan.  They lost over 1000 pounds combined and were excited at how great they felt after the two week diet.  Listed below are the “All You Can Eat” foods that you can eat while on the diet as well as the 2 week breakfast smoothie that was shared on the show.

Speed Up Your Weight Loss With Lemon Water For Breakfast

First thing in the morning, drink a glass of lemon water.  The lemon water will get your digestion going and ready.

2 Week Weight Loss Breakfast Smoothie

Preparation Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (choose the unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup of berries (you can choose frozen berries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp rice protein powder

Looking to lose weight fast but would like to do so in a healthy manner?  With spring right around the corner Dr. Oz revealed his two week rapid weight loss plan that helped his audience lose over 1000 pounds combined.  Losing weight too quickly isn’t always a good thing if you are not losing weight in a healthy way.  However, you can lose weight quickly if you do it right.  Here is Dr. Oz’s  week rapid weight loss plan that he shared during his March 20, 2014 episode :

Foods To Avoid on Dr. Oz’s Two Week Rapid Weight Loss Plan

    • Eliminate all the foods, including wheat from your diet that are making you sick (and fat) – Dr. Oz said that the very first step on his weight loss plan is the most difficult but it is also the most vital part of his plan to help you shed pounds quickly.  Dr. Oz mentioned that you should eliminate wheat during the two week plan.
    • Eliminate artificial sweeteners – Throw out all of those yellow, pink, and blue artificial sweetener packets that you have lying around.  Dr. Oz said that they do more harm than good.  He also said that these artificial sweeteners actually make you gain weight rather than lose.
    • Eliminate all sugar and alcohol – Eliminating sugar may be hard during the first few days of the diet because you will experience sugar cravings.  Fortunately after a couple of days your cravings will go away and you will no longer have these cravings!
    • Eliminate coffee – Dr. Oz said that this step is hard for many people.  He said that black coffee all by itself isn’t bad for you, but most people add in sugar.  At least for these two weeks, eliminate coffee if you add sugar.
    • Eliminate dairy - Avoid dairy products because dairy causes body inflammation.
